The IMF treats five economies as the countries of the 1997 Asian crisis
In 1997 a financial crisis spread across East and South-East Asia. IMF staff studies of the crisis treat five economies together as the crisis countries: four South-East Asian members of ASEAN and one economy outside it. This list follows that usage. Between July and December 1997 all five let their currencies float. Three of them then received large IMF stand-by credits within the year; the other two did not, and one of those had no IMF programme at all. The history series The Asian Financial Crisis follows how the crisis spread and how the rescues worked.
Name them all first. Then try the harder part: the three IMF rescues of 1997, then the two that stayed outside them.
