The Commonwealth has 56 members, and the newest joined in 2022
The Commonwealth is a voluntary association of independent countries. It began in 1926 as the British Commonwealth of Nations and now has 56 members, which the Commonwealth Secretariat lists in five regions: Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and Americas, Europe and the Pacific. New members are admitted by agreement of the existing members' leaders, who meet every two years. The two newest were admitted in June 2022. The next leaders' meeting is scheduled for 1 to 4 November 2026, so the list is the one in force on 9 October 2026. Territories and Crown dependencies are not members.
Name them all first. Then try the harder part: name them in five groups, by region.
