Name every president of the European Central Bank

Four people have been President of the European Central Bank

The President of the European Central Bank chairs its Governing Council, which sets interest rates for the euro area. The ECB was set up on 1 June 1998, seven months before the euro was launched. The European Council appoints each President for a single eight-year term that cannot be renewed. Four people have held the office since 1998, two of them French. The current President took office on 1 November 2019, and her term runs to 31 October 2027.

Name them all first. Then split the four at 2011.
