Every Nordic country

Name every member of the Nordic Council

The Nordic Council has eight members, and three are not sovereign countries

The Nordic Council is the parliamentary body for co-operation between the Nordic countries. Four states founded it in 1952 and a fifth joined in 1955; these five sovereign states signed the Helsinki Treaty on which the Council rests. Three self-governing territories also sit in it, inside the delegations of the states they belong to: two belong to one Nordic state and the third to another. The last of them joined in 1984. As of 11 October 2026 the Council has 87 elected members drawn from these eight.

Name them all first. Then try the harder part: split the eight into sovereign states and territories.
