EU-era terms replaced by fuller UK agreements: Japan's from 1 January 2021; the EEA EFTA deal applied from December 2021 to September 2022.
No UK or EU trade agreement existed before; the UK's CPTPP accession has applied with both since 15 December 2024.
Continuity deals copied from EU agreements, now overlaid by CPTPP: four from 15 December 2024, Mexico 22 June 2026, Canada 1 September 2026.
