The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation has ten members, and none has joined since 2024
The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) is a political, security and economic group of Eurasian states. It grew out of a border-security group formed in 1996 and was founded in Shanghai on 15 June 2001. It has enlarged three times since then, most recently on 4 July 2024. The Bishkek summit of 31 August to 1 September 2026 admitted no new members. Other countries take part without being members, as observers or dialogue partners, and in September 2025 the SCO agreed to create a single partner status to replace both.
Name them all first. Then try the harder part: the founding group, the 2017 enlargement, and the two most recent members.
